Mamie’s Pies has been seeking the perfect ice cream collaboration, and now we’ve found it.
We will be partnering with Snoqualmie Ice Cream, which is anEco-friendly company serving creative ice cream flavors from Yakima peach to Tennessee whiskey. For a limited time, you’ll be able to order a 6-pack of Mamie’s Pies along with a 6-pack of the most delectable ice flavor of your choice.

How to take care of your pies:
Your Mamie's Pies should be stored in the freezer upon arrival and will keep for up to a year! Once baked, your pocket pie can be kept uncovered on the countertop for two days. Always keep your pies uncovered so the crust stays flaky and delicious!
Preparation:
To Bake:
Remove from packaging and place pie on a parchment-lined baking sheet (brush with milk if a darker finish is desired). Place in a conventional oven preheated to 425 for 20-24 minutes until crust is golden brown. Or, if using a convection oven, bake at 400F degrees for 15-18 minutes, following the above instructions. Ovens may vary, adjust accordingly. Let cool on a plate.
